yup!!! I doubt I can replace it with the insurance money but i'll end up doing something... its unfortunate but whatever, it happened.

Im talking to the UPS claims person today and having someone come out to look at it. I may just take them hostage and beat on them like they beat on my speaker.

Personally, I say the SELLER owes you a refund, let him deal with UPS. I can't believe you guys are like "OMG look what ups did".What the **** do you expect when you package a sub like that?Looks like the sub doesn't even fit in the box properly. The seller appears to be a complete, incompetent dumbshit.

In some cases, it is UPS's fault.But in this case, it is CLEARLY the retard that sent it off like that and thought it'd be ok.If any of you think this is strictly UPS's fault, you are all as dumb as the idiot that packaged that sub.

Yeah no kidding, I HIGHLY doubt UPS will give you the money on that.As it is it takes people several months to get their insurance money (IF they're lucky) when the item is actually packaged with care.

Extremely shitty packing job. He didn't even cover the sub with a trash bag to keep the peanuts out. Should have at least double boxed with padding in between the boxes as well.

Or, he could've paid ~$10 and have UPS do it, then there would be no dispute whatsoever. Stupid shippers. . .

thats pathetic. UPS needs to raise their pay rates or hire more people or someshit.

ups pays fairly decent (the drivers at least) the handelers get 11-12/hr around here...

and i got money on the fact that UPS says "improper packaging" which, in this case it is...

Round here they get about $9-$9.50. What sucks even more is that most of the handlers are college kids who don't give a ****.

so... i guess since UPS is going to look at it, talk to me, and then talk to a UPS STORE that it was shipped from, I bet im screwed.

Nah, the store will ship your packaging . They will also sell you insurance even though the disclaimer states they are not responsible unless they package it.
