Man that sux. good thing I put insurance on anything I shiip out. Let me know if I need to do anything. Never had to file a claim before.
Every shipping company is going to have their assholes who don't care about anything. Just needs to be cracked down on. Yelling at package handlers FTW!

Trust me, the problem isn't limited to UPS. Practically any shipping company has this problem. The conveyor belts here at FedEx have walls mostly so packages don't fall off. Still, it all goes back to the fact that management needs to crack down on carless package handlers.

I have no idea what the hell that is......
Its really a miss and hit situation. Someone may be having a bad night, and decide to kick a package.
