upgrading stock speakers in impala

Why would you run only fronts when you can run rears and fill the car even more? Never understood why you wouldn't run rears unless you wanted to just be cheap. But if you're gonna do rears don't get the 6x9's get the 6.5's in the back as well!

you dont understand sound stage imaging. thats why you dont "get it"

so i should go with just one set of 6.5's...what should i do with my rear speakers then?

also, whats an amp i should get for the 2 speakers, i appreciate the offer donpisto, im just trying to find a new amp though.

also, im not even sure of the amp i already have for my speakers, i forget how many watts it is, but i shouldnt consider keeping the stock amp right?

just do what i did with mine put 2 6.5 in the front and 2 6X9 in the back. with a alpine MRP-F450 amp. I used Type R 6.5 in the front and then Rockford Fosgate 6X9 in the back. they sound pretty good for my liking.. not the best but they do the job.

Trust me I GET IT. It's called being cheap and running rears doesn't ruin your imaging at all. Well at least sometimes //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
