Upgrading / Replacing MACH 460

Hi all, I've got a 2004 Mustang with the MACH 460 audio system - I've replaced the head unit and added an amp and subs...

For those of you who have [or had] this system, what did you replace the component speakers with, and did it require a 4ch amp to power them, or did your aftermarket HU do well enough?
