Upgrading new head unit...what to buy...ddx6903s???

I'm looking to upgrade my stereo to something with apple CarPlay and was looking at the new kenwood excelon ddx6903s but I have read a few complaints about a hiss or buzz sound when using the CarPlay. Everything else sounds ok until you plug the phone into the wire for CarPlay.

I haven't found any definitive answers on the subject so I figured I'd try here...any ideas? I'd really like to stay w the kenwood brand as I always have but want to make sure it's a good head unit first. Any info is helpful. Thx.

My opinion is pioneer makes better head units then kenwood. Thats just my 2 cents.
