now i am getting a new escort and i was considering putting those back in. but i thought i might upgrade my system first. right now theres nothing wrong with it. they prolly arent anything compared to some of ur guys stuff, but for the small town in indiana its in the top 3. all 4 pound but i actually like just 2 of them better. so i will be cutting down 2 two speakers if i upgrade my subs. but i don't know if i should buy new amps or get new subs. or if i should just upgrade the whole thing. so if u have any suggestions on what i should do or even what kind thanks

well i prolly can only get about $450 out of that system and i don't feel like spendin a shit load of money on this, i'm pretty tight for cash right now

If you like what you have, then just keep it.

Maybe try to make it better with a different box, depending on what you currently have.

Bottom line- do audio for yourself, not what a bunch of guys on the internet tell you to get.

its sealed...how much would a ported box cost me and for them to tune it cuz i'm not going to lie i'm a newbie. i understand how to hook the amps up tune it a lil bit but rather than that i know nothing. so i doubt i'm gonna build a ported box myself

Might try to find someone on the forum that will build it for you.

There are numerous people, just ask to see boxes theyve built before. I think theres a few people in Indiana that will do it.

yeah but for what i spent and my location they rock. we have about 20 to 25 different ppl around here w/ systems and i'm in the top 5 if not top 3

sell those amps and subs and get real amps and subs.

poor evaluation that amp is fine,I would look for better subs

and stay away from Audioblah

well then whats a good pair of subs i can get for around a 100 a piece or will i have to dish out some serious cash for a good pair.

and for everyone that keeps telling me not to listen to ppl on here, maybe u haven't noticed bu i don't know much about what are good subs or what i should look for so i like to get some advice before i jump into something
