1) The Big 3 with 1/0 welding wire, Ive heard it does the job plus my dads a welder so it will be free.

2) 200 Amp alternator

3) Battery upgrade to a Kinetik 1800 under the hood and 2400 in the back of my truck.

If I do these upgrades could I expect to see 2500 watts out of a Kicker KX or ZX 2500?

To wire up the second battery in the rear I would just run a positive and negative run of 1/0 from the batter under the hood to the battery in the rear right? And then hook up my amp from the battery in the rear corrent or do I need to wire my amp from the battery under the hood. I saw the diagram on Kinetik's website but not sure if there is a better way.

I havent fully decided on a amp but leaning towards Kicker so I dont know what size fuse I will use there but what size fuses should I use for the two inline fuses that are on the positive wire connecting the two batteries?

Any other opinions on what I should do to upgrade my electrical?

2500W? for a comp or for daily? Your limiting factor on whether or not you ever see 2500W is going to be source material rather than electrical most of the time. The difference between 2500W and 2000W is inaudible. Bottom line, you'll get plenty of power out of the amp and you shouldn't have other electrical problems thanks to the upgrades.
