Upgrading hertz mille

Hi, I'm currently running the old model hertz mille mlk 165's and I'm looking to upgrade. What components would be a big step up from these? They are in my 2017 vauxhall vivaro sportive so I can only run one set of Components and these just aren't enough for me. They are running off an orion amp (not active) and my doors have been dynomatted. Thanks in advance

More information needed. What HU,What orion amplifier,not enough as to loudness or ?Great speakers,may look into running active if possible before spending more $

I'm running an orion xtreme 3750, the head unit is standard and I know is hindering the performance alot as when I had the setup in my old van with an alpine it was alot crisper sounding. Does running active make that much of a difference?

Couldnt find the Extreme 3750 series, but did find these if close to what you have, you may need more power.

A friend of mine ran one of these amps on his set of Hertz and still seemed like they wanted a little more power but man did this combo sound fantastic with sealing off the doors and the clarity on that 80 prs was fantastic.He ran an older Arc 1k 12 on another Gladden sub amp and a set of mids on the dash in pods also.he also ran these on the dash at one time also

On a 4 ch gladden.All in a single cab Chevy truck.he made pods for the HKs and sounded much better, later a 3 way set of Hertz(dont remember the series but were like $1300.00 for that set)

I think you just need prep your doors and get some power on them(125+with some head room at 4 ohms), maybe even try building a nice pod for them to set in.Great sounding speakers.
