Upgrading from Eclipse SW7324dvp?

I have been considering upgrading my 2 SW7324dvp subwoofers powered by a DA6213 in a mediocre q-logic enclosure (0.85 cubic feet per chamber). Anyway I was considering the Kicker VS12L7 the 06' model in the kicker pre-fab vented box. Would I notice a reasonable gain in output compared to the sealed eclipses? How much SQ will I lose going from the eclipses to the L7? any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
