Upgrading from Basslink

I've been seaching this site for weeks now and would like an opinion, I currently have a Basslink in an Acura Cl and been thinking about one Diamond Audio 10 inch M6 sealed and bridging a Diamond Audio D5 300.2 or a Memphis PRD 500.1. I have about a 500 dollar budget for a subs and amp combo and will be changing the Bose factory system before installing anything else. I don't need a loud system since most of my music is jazz and vocals and like clarity over boom. Any advice will be appreciated.

i say you buy my JL 500/1 and go with a treo tsx 10". the tsx sounds better than that m6 and it is louder. louder is a fact, the sound quality is my opinion.
