upgrading components

would it be an upgrade if i were to get polk audio mmc6500 components or boston acoustics sl60. currently i have jl audio xr650csi. would either one be better? i would run them passive with a jl 300/4 only using 75x2 for them because i have rear fill using the other 75x2. any comments would help,thanks!!!
