Upgrading '08 F150 Head Unit

I have a new '08 F150 Super Crew with the factory 6-CD & Sirius radio and factory sub-woofer under the rear seat. I am looking at buying the JVC KW-NX7000 DVD Navigation HU with 7" screen. I also want to add the Sirius module and Bluetooth module, which are available for this unit.

I just want to make sure of a few things before I make the plunge:

1) Can I make full use of the existing factory speakers (including rear sub) by purchasing a compatable wiring harness?

2) Will the factory satellite antenna (which is permanently mounted on the roof) plug into the JVC Sirius module?

3) Where does the GPS antenna need to be mounted?

I already have a Jensen DVD with 7" pop-up display, XM module and iPod adapter along with a stand-alone Sony GPS but I want a clean, "factory looking" install. Any advice and/or assistance would be greatly appreciated.
