Upgrade question

Looking to possibly switch from my two 12 inch rockford P1s to two 12 inch MTX terminators the watts are a bit more with the mtx's ! Which i belive is an upgrade just wondering what yall think good idea or bad!!???

Nevermind on my last ! I ended up finding on sonic electronix.com the JBL s3 1224 500 watt rms 1500 watt peak dual coils the wattage is a huge boost compaierd to the p1s ! Also gunna be grabing a 1000 watt monoblock a lil later kinda broke now lol!

Wattage on a sub doesn't mean it's better, but JBL makes some decent products so you should be ok. Just hit up the forum when you are about to buy your amp. We may can steer you towards some decent equipment when the time comes.
