Upgrade Possible for factory system (2003 Mazda MPV)?

Would love to find some successful installs that replace mazda's factory speakers, head unit, cd changer.. Is this the place to look for those?

look in the build log section of car audio forums. also, there are mazda forums that might have some installs (though they are usually examples of what not to do).

replacing speakers isn't much different car to car. you're still doing the same basic things. the only difference is how the panels come off, and the shape of the speaker baffles.
