volts dropping

not a big deal but i have a AP3000. one starting battery

110ah battery

250amp alt

well i have two volt meters one up front in the cig lighter and one conected with the amp

the front one normly never drops below 14.00. but the back one will drop too 12.9

do i need more batterys or what?

you need larger power and ground wire. the lower number in back is proof of excessive voltage drop.

of course it's going to drop more when you're measuring at the amp
