yo fellas i would like to upgrade my infinity 1040 sub to an assassin ,will this be an upgrade in your eyes if so please explain,also on their site it says rec. rms200 and rms 350 so how much can it handle

correct me if im wrong but i think i've read of them takin 500rms.....That might just be for burps but im not sure.

yeah, it definitely should be an upgrade. they can easily handle 500W.

also you should check out the MAW-12 from mach 5:

shipping from canada is kinda pricey, but it should still cost less than the assassin.

also, look for the results from the 12" test session. assassin and mach 5 were both in it.

EDIT: i guess you're probably looking at a 10". everything above should still apply, just look at the 10" models.
