UPGRADE FROM A JL 10W3-D2? 100-200$ 600rms

currently running 10w3-d2, that came in the stealthbox i bought used for my tacoma, powered by sub channel in my pdx-5 (300rms). i like the sub but i'm probably going to upgrade the amp to a pdx4.150 to better power my comps and a 1.600 for the sub. any suggestions for sub that will run on 600 rms, fit in the stealthbox, good SQ and in my budget is much appreciated.

If the stealthbox has enough space, an Incriminator Audio Lethal Injection or DC Level 3 would both be solid choices...

why not build a good enclosure for the sub, the pdx 5 if I remmeber is nearly same power as pdx4150 just has a sub channel

trhe stealthbox works great for me as i squeeze 2 liitle ones in the back seat of my xcab taco with my sub. the pdx 5 is 75 rms p/ch the pdx 4.150 has 150 rms.

DC recommends .5 cubes sealed for the Level 3 10". It has a 9.25" mounting hole, 6.25" mounting depth and is rated for 600 watts.

It should work fine...

Level 3, yes.

I'd throw in the SSA Dcon for consideration if power doesn't change, but you still want something new.

well I guess go with a DC lvl3. or sell one of the kids and take out a seat for an 18" sub.

so can you guys describe the perforemance difference i might get, going from the mentioned jl on the 300 rms, to the dc level 3 on 600rms?

it sounds like a solid choice for what i'm looking for.
