Apparently the engine had already been rebuilt before I got it.

I do plan on tuning it up some though. Some performance parts and whatnot.

Nope.

It ran when we first got it (well, within the first week). And it ran D*MN good. Then my dad decided to take out this little GPS tracking device thing (conveniently forgetting to take out a relay buried somewhere) and ever since then the bastard hasn't ran.

So we are troubleshooting everything now. The truck turns over just fine, but its not getting any fuel. When we manually put gas into the throttle body is runs great, so the problem is something with the fuel pump. My guess is that the GPS relay is hooked up to the fuel pump, and when my dad took out the GPS unit (and not the relay with it), this made the fuel pump not turn on.

Save the hassle and just take out your fuel filter and turn the key on to prime the fuel system, if nothing spews out then your fuel pump is bad or you have a clog. If is comes spraying out then you know your problem lies elsewhere.

Well if the fuel pump is bad then i'd have to take off the bed anyways, so why not just do it to begin with?
