If your getting a van get the Odyssey, If your getting an Odyssey find one with the IL-4.
They put V-6's in minivans for the people than have 200+ LB kids and tow a camper with them, but your mechanic will show you the down side to V-6 minivans when it comes time to give you your first bill.

I've had it 2 years now and it has been nothing but reliable- only thing I get tired of changing is the brakes. nothing to do with the design. Wifey thinks shes Danika Patrick or whatever the NAscar chicks name is

Also seems my wife really likes the Exploder with the crappy gas mileage. I can get a nice Eddie Bauer fully loaded for 15,000 with only 12,000 miles, lol! Just if gas goes back up to say 4.00 a gallon, we would be screwed!

She liked the quest, but is not big on the van thing either. Who knows, we have time. Gonna wait a couple months and hit up a couple of dealers and test drive them.

2008 Eddie Bauer Ford Exploder 4x4 with the v8

2007 TrailBlazer EXT with all options and low miles, like 12,000, lol!

These SUVs are dirt cheap right now. Just need to wait it out a little longer to see what gas is going to do. Really not sure if I want to dump 85 bucks a fill up in these things.
