United States...Inventor of teh Automobile

No, I am interested in this tax free savings account that draws interest. That is his best plan he has proposed. It injects REAL liquidity into the banks, gives incentives to save, etc. Now that is fvcking smart idea. I haven't heard anyone propose anything like that.
Not sure if they're looking at some thing like we have now.

Have a scan of these.

That first link is cool as shit...

You save up $40k, do something worthwhile with the $40k, put it back and it's all tax free. That seems like a pretty good program...but for people who can afford to save.

DevilDriver already told me yall thought of it first.

Believe it or not the idea for the moving assembly line was borrowed for the Chicago Stockyards. Apparently H. Ford saw folks slaughter pigs when the pigs moved along a rail. Each person would chop at it while it moved along...Ford thought he could adopt that idea to car building.
Yeah.....I had an econ professor in college that pretty well despised Henry Ford.

He mentioned more than once in class that Ford didn't really "invent" anything. He didn't invent the assembly line and he didn't invent the automobile. He was just the first guy to put the two together.....and generally gets all the praise for both.

Then he'd go into a rant about Ford's pro-nazi'ism.....LOL

my econ professor is so overweight he cant get through a lecture without getting out of breath. and he accidentally erases the board with his stomach just like professor klump in the nutty professor.

I learned alot in that class, but it was from my own study

And correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he ousted from power after significantly losing market share in the '30s? "Any color you want as long as it's black"?

Just because someone can create the market, doesn't mean they have the skills to thrive once the marketplace is mature, or at least when the novelty wears off.

The putting of the two together was the point. It mentioned other captains of industry who did the same.

And that is the reason why he was in the Management class. He didnt care much for employees or buyers, he did things his way or no way at all. He was the prime example of what not to do lol
