No, I am interested in this tax free savings account that draws interest. That is his best plan he has proposed. It injects REAL liquidity into the banks, gives incentives to save, etc. Now that is fvcking smart idea. I haven't heard anyone propose anything like that.

The speach was prepared yesterday. They were discussing it on the radio. Not specifics, but just that the press had it in advance.

probably mostly from memory, he is very good at speaking off hand like that. But there is probably a prompter or an ear piece of some sort
