If i have an underdrive pulley on my car would it cause my alt to charge less? It seems like it causes the belt to spin slower so could this hurt my voltage if im running close to 2,000 watts?

yes......i was looking into one for my truck and i didn't get it for that reason.

In essence yes a larger pulley will spin the alt slower. Some guys put smaller pulleys on the spin them faster for a slight voltage increase. If you arent getting any dimming or other problems than I wouldnt worry about it.
