Wih him being a minor, I doubt there is much he can do really. I am thinking there is an issue with custodial accounts.

For instance, when me and my little brother started savings accounts when we were minors, our parents had to be on the account as a custodian...however, dev said he opened a savings account in MD without his parent at all.
