Thanks for the encouraging words. I appreciate it.Thanks for proving my point. You need therapy and time, not AAS.
And the bolded part makes me giggle. Sounds eerily familiar. 70mph on interstate in a medium duty wrecker. Ran into the woods, flipped but no ejection thanks to a seatbelt. 26 day coma, several surgeries, blah blah blah. I made a thread about it when I returned here but cant seem to dig it up.
I dont know you but my point is that you have to put in the time and work to get the results you want. Keep your head up.
You can do eet!
However, I am done with PT. There isnt anything more PT can do for me. I gained my weight back within a year and a half. I have plateaued for nearly the past 3 years. I have worked my ass off for the past 4+ years.
Sounds like you had a pretty bad incident yourself. Glad you made it through it. Probably wouldnt have if you werent wearing a seatbelt. I was wearing mine, but took it off to get my wallet out of my back pocket of my slacks and it was over before I knew it.
But this thread wasnt meant for going over AAS or a sob story for my accident. I dont mind talking about my accident. It was meant more for certain exercises at the gym that work good for people
