ugh. Im such a pansy. Got back in the gym today....

Thanks for proving my point. You need therapy and time, not AAS.
And the bolded part makes me giggle. Sounds eerily familiar. 70mph on interstate in a medium duty wrecker. Ran into the woods, flipped but no ejection thanks to a seatbelt. 26 day coma, several surgeries, blah blah blah. I made a thread about it when I returned here but cant seem to dig it up.

I dont know you but my point is that you have to put in the time and work to get the results you want. Keep your head up.

You can do eet!
Thanks for the encouraging words. I appreciate it.

However, I am done with PT. There isnt anything more PT can do for me. I gained my weight back within a year and a half. I have plateaued for nearly the past 3 years. I have worked my ass off for the past 4+ years.

Sounds like you had a pretty bad incident yourself. Glad you made it through it. Probably wouldnt have if you werent wearing a seatbelt. I was wearing mine, but took it off to get my wallet out of my back pocket of my slacks and it was over before I knew it.

But this thread wasnt meant for going over AAS or a sob story for my accident. I dont mind talking about my accident. It was meant more for certain exercises at the gym that work good for people

I need to get back.. been home all week. I been lifting for about 4 months off and on.. last bench was 225 and im at 179 and falling... i want to get down to about 170 wo where i have next to no body fat then bulk up.. im surprised im still gaining on my bench while cutting weight.. hard to do

;7530821']what kind of lifts are you looking for? any specific body parts you are looking to work out?people think im dumb cuz im young' date=' but have in fact been lifting on my own for the last year or so for football.[/quote']

I know alot about working out. Been doing it for 10 years. I am just looking to change up my routine. Muscle confusion.

My forarms have always been a big problem for me. But overall I'm pretty proportionate except my right leg, obviously.

Just lookin to change it up. There is a particular excecise that I do that is just amazing. Its compound. Get up to do tricept pull downs with the rope and two balls on the end. Get on your knee's, rack the weight up really high, usually the most you can stack on. Extend your arms a little bit at an angle and pull down with your lats. As your get about halfway, pull with your biceps. Get all the way to the end to where your hands are touching your stomach, then roll your shoulder blades, trying to make them touch.

Whew, thats kinda hard to explain, but all of my friends and people at the gym who I have shown it to, love it. Great compound exercise. Which is what you want to do as an Endomorph. Read up on Mesomorphs, Mesomorphs, and Endomorphs.

Least you are skinny and trying to build up.

I got up to 340 2 years ago and all I could do was make up lies and BS sob stories and I am glad to say with busting my *** off in the gym in last year..(1st year was getting diet and implementing lifestyle change.) I am down to 238 and have added quite a bit of muscle.

Have my moments of fial though. Like tonight! Always tomorrow is what I tell myself. I punish myself in the gym for missing though, lol!

You can do anything if you put your mind to it.

By the way, I was in a nasty car wreck eons ago and made excuses for years due to that...1st few months I couldn't walk, so had to figure that at first....but what dont break you, makes you stronger....eventually! Finally kicked me own ***....

Keep up the good work and hope you meet all your goals.

Mine is to be 200 and 5-8% BF....I may never make it, but I will keep on pluggin' away.

whats the average bench press weight for a guy? I have a small chest and long arms (and im skinny) so im not built for benching and ive never maxed out, but whats average compared to body weight?

Yeah I am not getting anywhere near my bodyweight plus 1.....would be 480......did 400 in HS, but was built like a tank and motivated more back then, lol!

I did over 300 a few times, but i struggle with it, not gonna lie. I miss being stronger. Takes time......wish I didnt take off 15 years, lol!
