Well my friend and I have been going twice a week, trying to do 3 times a week, but his schedule is kinda tough. We started going, went for 2 weeks to loosen up and then I got sick for over a week. Coughing constantly. Im finally getting that mucus crap out now.
I have always been a skinny, yet athletic kinda guy. Then I busted my ass when I hit 20 and I went from 140 to 180 at 6% bf. Had my near life ending car accident, rolling my truck 8 times and being ejected 40 feet into a tree. I lost 55 pounds in a month while in ICU after getting Mediflighted.
Anyway, very first day I go in, Im at 150 on the dot. I expected 140-145 because I havent been lifting weights in years, let alone being really active. I have problems with my right leg. Well we did some bench work outs.. My friend put me to max out at 185, so we left it. 2 weeks go by and no working out. We go in today. I'm at 152. wtf. how did I gain weight while being sick? I dont gain weight. Im an Ectomorph. Decided to just see out of curiosity where Im at with my bench. After throwing up weight 5 times, I go for 175. Hit it. So thats my max now. 18 pounds more than my body weight. Not bad for my first time.
My goal is to hit 205 on bench. Honestly, I'd rather just look good. Thats what I am after. I want to bulk back up. I know I cant get back up to 185 because of my leg, but I have bumped back up to 165, that was perfectly fine with me, if I can keep it. I know my body is starting to slow down. So Im eating every 3 hours, 20+ grams of protein per meal. Trying to eat 6-7 times a day and sleep 10 hrs a day. I wont be able to 4800 cal a day like I use to, but I should be able to handle 3800-4000.
I eat 3-4 massive crunchy Peanut and jelly sandwhiches, a day, with Patato bread for the 3 grams of protein per slice. I just cant remember if patato is a good or a bad carb. Im thinking its bad because a patato is a starch, right? Do I need to go back to whole wheat bread?
Im also constantly eating my own homemade beef jerky.
Anyone else want to chime in? I Know how to get big and look good, but with my leg, I have to watch how much I can work it out. I have some pics of myself of how I want to get back to lookin.

We do bi's, back, and lats
Legs.. Well.. thats just some rehab for me. One I get all of this going and I hit 160lbs, Im going over to the juice to get me to 170-175 and Ill lose about 20% of that and Ill be back in around 165 and Im happy there. I got plenty of my AAS, I just need the Test. Test E or Test C. So if you got some test and you need something that has the most power per mg, then PM me. I got it covered.
