Sorry for all the reading.

Well my friend and I have been going twice a week, trying to do 3 times a week, but his schedule is kinda tough. We started going, went for 2 weeks to loosen up and then I got sick for over a week. Coughing constantly. Im finally getting that mucus crap out now.

I have always been a skinny, yet athletic kinda guy. Then I busted my ass when I hit 20 and I went from 140 to 180 at 6% bf. Had my near life ending car accident, rolling my truck 8 times and being ejected 40 feet into a tree. I lost 55 pounds in a month while in ICU after getting Mediflighted.

Anyway, very first day I go in, Im at 150 on the dot. I expected 140-145 because I havent been lifting weights in years, let alone being really active. I have problems with my right leg. Well we did some bench work outs.. My friend put me to max out at 185, so we left it. 2 weeks go by and no working out. We go in today. I'm at 152. wtf. how did I gain weight while being sick? I dont gain weight. Im an Ectomorph. Decided to just see out of curiosity where Im at with my bench. After throwing up weight 5 times, I go for 175. Hit it. So thats my max now. 18 pounds more than my body weight. Not bad for my first time.

My goal is to hit 205 on bench. Honestly, I'd rather just look good. Thats what I am after. I want to bulk back up. I know I cant get back up to 185 because of my leg, but I have bumped back up to 165, that was perfectly fine with me, if I can keep it. I know my body is starting to slow down. So Im eating every 3 hours, 20+ grams of protein per meal. Trying to eat 6-7 times a day and sleep 10 hrs a day. I wont be able to 4800 cal a day like I use to, but I should be able to handle 3800-4000.

I eat 3-4 massive crunchy Peanut and jelly sandwhiches, a day, with Patato bread for the 3 grams of protein per slice. I just cant remember if patato is a good or a bad carb. Im thinking its bad because a patato is a starch, right? Do I need to go back to whole wheat bread?

Im also constantly eating my own homemade beef jerky.

Anyone else want to chime in? I Know how to get big and look good, but with my leg, I have to watch how much I can work it out. I have some pics of myself of how I want to get back to lookin.

Weight 152lbs

Any help or input would be great!

We do tri's, chest, and shoulders in one day

We do bi's, back, and lats

Legs.. Well.. thats just some rehab for me. One I get all of this going and I hit 160lbs, Im going over to the juice to get me to 170-175 and Ill lose about 20% of that and Ill be back in around 165 and Im happy there. I got plenty of my AAS, I just need the Test. Test E or Test C. So if you got some test and you need something that has the most power per mg, then PM me. I got it covered.

Thats exactly how I am, when IM not working. I Have two crunchy peanut butter jars on my tray table, squeezable jelly and a loaf Potatoe Bread and a knife. I dont have move to get my food. Im eating a 1.50 quart of chocolate chip cookie dough ice scream. It will be demolished in abut 10 minutes. Unopened
 
Wow, you do have a fast metabolism. I thought mine was low, but I guess not. 152-3 pounds at 5'9, couple weeks Ill be 25. I think Im just getting older and its catching up with me. Im not even suppose to be in the 150's.. without working out, Im suppose to be in the 140's. But I know where that extra 10-5 pounds went to. My stomach. I have always had a 6 pack, but now it just looks like a fat stomach with a big overhang. I need to get rid of it while still building 25-30 pounds of muscle. HEEEELP

Ya im about 6 foot and workin on the 8 pack... well not realy working on it sense the GF is in Mexico and my work out is sex hahaha... I hope I will end up like my dad who eats more then me and is still skinny as hell but strong as all get out!

 
I'd be happy gaining weight equally around. Being skinny *****, but Im perfectly fine sitting right at 165-170. Just with my shattered pelvis, 4 screws in my ankle, knee, and the 3" diameter tree that went through my under thigh just below my ass, Its a bit tough to get myself up to my normal weight of 165-170. I have been battling this for 3 years. I cant hit 165. I did once, but I ran a Test P and a Fina stack. I'm wanting to tun a longer ester cycle this time. Test E or C with some NPP (Faster acting Deca)

 
Yeah it has. I could go on and on about the injuries that I deal with everyday for the rest of my life. Being put on 90 10mg Lortabs a month for the rest of my life. 4 screws in my ankle that has 5% mobiliy. Pain at all times of the day on my ankle. I have one long screw in my pelvis since it was shattered. Had I stopped breaking and coded, revived me and put me on life support. Ran me to X-rays. They didnt know why I was bleeding internally so they decided to do an exploratory surgery. Incisions from my chest all the way down past and around my belly button and about a few inches away from my balls and bat. I inded up bleeding internally, bladder ruptured, small part of my intestines had to be cut out, something else was inlarged and had to be take out, but cant remember what it was. But the worse part was my right lung had collapsed. So I went on full life support after that odea. I have a 3" tree that went through my thigh. There is obvious other stuff that were broke, or were just probelms to deal with. Wasnt able to walk for 7 months.

SO I have gained a TON of my weight back, but this is my ceiling. I cant get any higher. I bust my *** and Im not getting any resulets. Im doing it right too. Pre work out drinks, during workout drinks, Post work out shakes Eating 3800-4000 calories a day. And nothing. Im tying to fing everything but everything is leading back to a cycle.

HELP!!!!!!!

I bet that crash took a hell of a tole on how your body reacts to pretty much everything...
Ill have to show you pictures sometime. Nothing bad or anything, but gets you a better understanding of it all. Ill start collaborating.
