U.S.Amp2000 VS Kicker ZX2500.1

i have 2 15 l7's and i have a kicker zx1500 on them..i am looking for more power...the us is only rated at 2000 while the kicker is 2500...which amp is better and will beat my subs harder...please leave any comments..thanks for the help

lol i love kicker...i wna get the kicker..just these guys i work with are telling me this 2000 watt usamp(its an older model) would laugh at the 2500 all day...i think there full of shit though

Are you guys kidding me! Old school US amps dominate any of the kickers amps.

how is a 2000 watt amp gonna put more power out than a 2500 watt amp? i know usamps are awesome amps but i wanna get the one thats gonna put the most power to the subs

oldschool us amps like a vlx 400 would s**t on a kicker 2500 the us is a a/b amp and the kicker is d class ab is much cleaner

the us amps 2000 will put out around 2400-2500 at 14.4 volts, the zx2500.1 puts out 2700-2900 watts. Now if you remove the protections(sat) from the U.S 2000 you can get 3700+ watts from it at 17 volts. So for competition the us amps does have more potential, but for daily, i'll take the kicker any day of the week.

KICKER IS JUNK I sell mint 2500.1s for like $385shipped, there junk, blow easy, not effecient at all, the old school Us Amps 2000 on a bad day would shatter/shit on a kicker kx/zx2500.1 on a good day, anyday, once again KICKER IS JUNK, and even if the kicker is lil stronger, it wont last as long, and if your talking about a new AX2000 Us Amps, they do over 3kw, and will out last, and are alot more effecient than the kicker

lol ive had a lot of kicker products...ive had l7s that have lasted over 4 years and still sound as good as they did the first week i got them..i have a zx1500 that ive had over a year with no problems...anyway the usamp that im talking about really dont have a model number it just says usamp2000 on it...its black with a plexiglass bottom where you can see the amp guts...and it has 2 power supplys in it...it has 4 different terminals for power wire and 4 different terminals for ground...but its a mono amp im pretty positive

the kicker will be more efficent. tests done on this forum have shown the zx being somewhere in the nieghborhood of 90% efficency at around 1 ohm.... even if you're talking about the newest usamps ax line ,the efficency will be close, but the kicker hands down.
