Two Terminal wiring

I have 2 DVC 4 ohm subs and i want to parrallel wire them down to a 1 ohm load and My box has two terminals... could i use one terminal for all positive and one terminal for all negative? Also how would i souldier (cant spell) this?? Heres a pic>

Thanks for the link but i have already seen this diagram, i am looking more for step by step instructions on how to soilder and wire my subs with the configuration that i pictured above.

uh ur soldering wire right to your sub? use the terminals on the sub to solder the wire first u get ur solder and ur soldering iron take all the ends of wire u want to connect and u do something called tinning your just cover the ends of the striped wire in solder so they connect easier later then you connect them all

those are the places u need to solder on the first set of places the top one and bottom one just cut some insulation of the wire and connect it there and on the second set just connect it to the end make sure u cover all your joints with electrical tape

or just use wire nuts

ive got a stupid question.....you know how speaker wire comes attatched in to wires?? well cand you splice the ends then combine them to make one big speaker wire??

Also Is all speaker wire the same quality?? also what would be a good awg to use?? I just found some sort of thick speaker wire that my brother used to wire his MTX home audio stereo?? Is this good enough for subs??

could someone list EXACTLY what to do and what to cut....i understand + to + and - to -. I just dont understand what wires to split and cut and join and solider?? THANKS

just wire all the positives to the positive terminal of the cup, and all the negatives to the negative. bam, 1 ohm load.
