Uh no I did not know. It worked flawlessly for me driving 4 speakers. I sure would not have spent $14 to ship it to you had there been any issue. You can look at the amp and tell it is new condition. I will return PM and we will work it out.

just cuz it looks cosmetically its in good condition doesnt mean its working. i tried running two 12 subs bridging 2 channels for each and it just goes into protection before any sound. i even put only power/rem and it was in protection..

Yeah I understand that bro, but I used this amp about a month ago to power a three way component set and my rear speakers. It worked flawlessly. I think USPS damaged this thing in shipping even though I packed it well........that is the only thing I can think.
