Those help too. I'm guessing I need to do the top one to get the 1ohm impedance for the amp you suggested. Thanks for that. Now that that is decided. Just need to configure a box for the 12's in my Pathfinder that will eventually go into my Subaru and a configuration for the 10's to go into the Pathfinder when I switch my 12's to the Subaru.

if they had 2 + and 2 - on them it's dvc. if so u could get that skar if they only have 1 + &1- that'll be 2ohm load and u can get my ppi p1k which tested at 930 rms at 2 ohm plenty of power.. yeah if i say something about someone sytem and they have 4 10's instead of 2 they get mad..

sorry man i wouldn't have mentioned them if they hadn't posted to u just wanted u to have idea of systems they have... as far s u having no idea of how to calculate box it's just math o it'll look like this... 38" w x16"h x 18" d (38- .75" mdf on each side =36.5"w) so it'll be 36.5x14.5x16.5 (if u use double baffle then u subtract that too of course as well as any bracing or port boards) so that would be 87326.625 divided buy 1728 (1cf) =5.05 cf bd (before displacement) the u figure port so example if u did a 7x7" port thats i say 15" long = 49x15= divided by 1725 =.42cf (of course u subtarct the wood of port to so that would make box a tad smaller and - sub disp with in your case should be about .2 cf for both so in the example 5.05 cf box ends up about 4.1 cf ad.. tht is what u put into the port calc which then tells u how long port needs to be then box will either get smaller or bigger depending on if port needs to be longer or shorter so it take a little time to get it right.. i'm sure u can find a good dual ported design online somewhere..

No you were acting like running 10" mids in doors was unheard of and I said Ive had 4 10" mids in my doors for years. I know a couple guys running 15" mids in their doors.

right and he was gonna run 10's as subs, i was explaining that guys here have huge systems.. u don't understand that because u have a huge system and are jaded and think thats normal it's not... wish i could get 8's in my doors..

Crescendo marine PWX 10"s are stupid cheap right now. Pick up 4 and start leaning how to fiberglass doors. Its not too hard.

lol.. u are funny, i get it now.. only thing i have time to do and now can barely do is get up leaves every 4 days.. actually hurts to sit here and i'm on a cushion..

I love deep bass as well as Usher, Flo Rida, Redfoo, Basshunter, BassNectar, etc etc etc are great for a great beat. But yes, I love hard rock too. I'm not looking for windshield breaking bass but would still love a great punch. The 12's I built a custom box in a 98 Ford ranger I had and had 2 MTX amps for it and it broke a window so I had to crack windows while playing it. So, definitely would love the punch but not a broken windshield. I know I have 40 inches wide to play with in the rear of the Pathfinder and about that wide in my Subaru as well. As for the other info I have no idea what you mean as I know nothing about that stuff so I'm an absolute noob to that stuff. Sorry again.
