jag had flood damage, the idiot owner got a dui driving it in a creek. everything electrical appears dead on car

Oic. ****, I'd take that. I wouldn't mind rewiring it, just need a new ECU and other electronics that are cheap compared to the price of the car. And to get the water out of the engine.
