tweeters and crossovers

I was wondering can I put an extension on the tweeter wire, or would that distort it too much?

I was also wondering if it would be ok to mount the crossover for the speakers in the door, I am dynamiting them inside and out, I didn’t know if it would hurt the distributor being jarred around constantly

Yes you can extend the wire to your tweeter and yes you can mount your x-overs in the door.
