tweeter buzzing

I have recently installed a new sound system in my truck because I was try to save some money. I have every thing ran and every thing works fine except the tweeters. When i havr the key turned engie off there os a constant buzz. When the ket is turned engine on the buzzing becomes higher pitched as i accelerate I have talked to people and they told me to make sure I have good grounds. I then went back the paint of where my amp grounds and where my receiver grounds, both are grounded to the chassis. The buzzing continued. I even put a better ground on my battery. What do I need to do to end the annoying buzz?

Turn the gain down if your grounds are good. Is it a pioneer head unit?

I have a Kenwood that is about 4 or 5 years old and every thing is set to 0 on the head unit.
