I have an bnib O2 amp. model Oa420.2
55w rms x 2 @ 4 ohms
THD doesn't really go high until you're pushing your amp closer to it's full output limits. If you're running this to tweeters then you won't need the full 50w rms, trust me. I've blown perfectly good, sometimes expensive tweeters thinking 50+ rms without passive crossovers was going to be fine, instead of just listening to them as I turned the gains up to find the sweet spot. If you look at THD charts for most amps you'll see they typically stay low and flat pretty much until you get to the max end of their rated output, then it spikes as the amp is being pushed to the limits.
Moral of the story. This not maxed out will sound just as good as any other amp. I've had crunch, memphis, kicker, and power acoustik amps sound identical to the ear in direct swap outs because they were not being pushed as hard as they can go.....and I'm trying to sell it at better bargain price then these other guys.
