tweaking HU with amp sub +speakers

hey guys...

just wondering whats the best settings to get the best possible sound from the speakers and sub?

the way i have set it up

the head unit then the speakers are hanging off them

my sub is attached to my amp which is attached to my sub

some settings that can be changed on my HU are:

SW L -15 TO +15

BAS L -8 TO +8

MID L -8 TO +8

TRE L -8 TO +8
