The E8 doesn't have as much extra room for epoxy around the spider but I've done it on E8s before.

if you want to run a "safe" box, wich is 0,6cuft, how would that sound with music tuned to 40-45hz with a 4" aero?

For music I'd stick to 40 Hz as the max - would sound good.

have you had this sub dumax tested? wonder what the total travel is...

DUMAX was bought out by, I believe, Alpine - so nobody else can use it as far as I know.

I have plans to get my drivers Klippel tested at some point.

ok so i just run some epoxy around the outer edge of the spider? the video was really dark i couldnt tell where exactly he was putting the glue

If you have an SA-8 you will know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif There is a lip on the outside edge of the frame a bit above the spider landing -- this whole area is filled in with glue.

now guys not every sub out there will benfit from adding glue to the outer diameter of the spider. it wont mean it raises the powerhandling of other subs.

i didnt hear about the dumax tester that is interesting.
