Well guys turns out it wasn't the alternator cause i tested it and it read 14volts its supposed to be 14.6v but that less of a decrease would not make my car hover and surge when you go to put it in park so on ward now.....going to check the sensors and check also for vacum leaks cause the egr valve is new its been replaced , plugs are new , cap is new , wires are good.....so is battery

Electrical Engineering will do hardly anything for you when troubleshooting a cars electrical problems. Its called knowledge of how a cars electrical system works, and its compoents, and what each component does.
