Turning off Hifonics LED's

Does anyone know how to turn the LED's off on the hifonics amps that light up the logo on the front? I want to mount them in the trunk without then screaming STEAL ME at night. Anyone know if I can just open it up and snip some wires?

Yup... maybe there's a clip connecting the LEDs and you just have to unplug it... worst comes to worst, duct tape.

dont they only come on with your stereo on? I would think if your stereos on with the trunk open its gonna be loud enough to say "steal me" anyhow.
