turn off thump

i know the most common cause is a bad amp ground...but could a bad h/u ground do this? it never did it before i installed my 860 then slowly started, now it does it all the time. i just need some reassurance that a h/u ground will do this before i begin the tidious task of disassambling my dash. thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

bad h/u ground? im not sure usually its because of the amp that you hear the sub kick when you turn it on

my 860 actually FIXED that problem for me...

my buddy across the street gets it off his stock HU all

the time... i know because i hear it every freaking time

he comes home...
