Tuning

Im tryin to figure out how to tune the amp nicely, i tried yesterday for about 1.5 hr and could not manage to get a good sound. I have read since then to use no bass boost and turn the subsonic filter down to the lowest since i have a sealed box.

I have 2 12inch Kicker Comps c12's and a baja 1000watt amp 2 channel, and they are bridged in a parallel config.

that amp probably ***** but u should be able to turn head unit to the loudest u play it, like i never go past 21 just gets loud up front. then turn gain up in gradual increments till it either sounds good, or u hear something bad, like distortion, bottoming out, etc.

Ok, so i believe i have it set nicely, First i turned the bass boost knob all the way down, second i bumped up the gain just a little more. Thanks for the Help:)

SQ is subjective. If you're looking for the flattest possible response curve, usually sealed will give you that in a car. Porting is more...
