What’s up guys? So I bought a truck yesterday and it came with an amp and a subwoofer in it, problem is that the subwoofer doesn’t work. The box for the is slotted as well. I happened to have another sub laying around and wanted to use it in the box with the amp. The amp is a dhd amp and I was wondering if it would be alright to put the sub in there and if it is how to properly tune the amp?
thank you

40hz test tones with a multimeter and if you know the hz of the box set the subsonic 4-5 hz below that. But if it is a prefab box then going to be hard to figure out.
