Tuning for 2 Rockford P3D210's in ~2.2 cubes?

Ok so i am building a box for my cousin's truck. It sits under the seat with the subs firing up. The subs are 2 Rockford Punch 10's ( P3D210 )

They will be sitting in a box with ~2.2 cubes. I was thinking about tuning it @ 39-40hz

I have a 3"D x 4 1/4"L aero port which i could also cut to length and use.

Let me hear some input!
