The hideaway unit has multiple inputs and outputs that, depending on your install, are run to the power and grounds of the amps. But check this bullshit out:

I got my bill from the distributor. At the first onset of this thread I was quoted 'Price A (per unit)'. At the time of this order, 'Price A' had jumped $9 (again, per unit) but I managed to still get the original price...so ya'll effectivly got these units at below dealer cost. I get the fax today of the charged amount to my debit card and its $12 (per unit) over 'Price A' and if that isnt enough, they charged me an additional $11 for "Add less of COD Discount." WTF is this bullshit?! I called and asked what kind of business they're running and that taking advantage of a non-dealer is something they do commonly and dude had the audacity to say that Metra changed their prices regularly. Horseshit, no one chages their prices from week to week AFTER the new model year catalogs/price sheets are released...
