In a current project right now with my subs and new amp.. i currently only have my deck and my Pioneer 5x7 speakers connected to the head unit. For some reason when hitting a little bump on the road, in the rear end of i tihnk my 2 speakers it is making those tsk tsk noises. Oh yeah also i have 2 tweeters in the rear also. The tweeters are stock.

Sounds like a loose connector somewhere, did you try checking the connector to the speakers, I know that when with my home stereo bare wire scratches across the terminals it can make that sound.
