im not sure but im soon gonna run 6 ts-w106dvc's in my 4 runner ill let you know how they sound.

nevermind, i just got off the phone with pioneer customer service...after 5 minutes of being on hold while the guy looked up the specs, he just told me that the difference is just warranty, and no performance differences.
