Trying to stop aaaaaaaahhhhhhh

Is it the cig that you want or is it the habit of the movement of your hand. One way to do it is to eat a little bit every time you feel the urge. Just try to eat healthy food like some carrots or something.

Pretzels are no sat fats..Little salty, but yep,better than grabbing the Ice Cream Bars/C bars ect

 
I'm on the electronic one too...Had my last normal cigg Dec 31st. I don't get urges for real cigs either...plus i don't smell like one...I started off with a "Krave" from Smoke51.com

Then switched over to a "Volt" from smokelessimage.com

Hands down the Volt wins in every aspect...my goal is to minimize the nicotine through out the rest of this year and at the end of the year...done.

 
Smoked 2 packs a day for years the 1st week is the hardest after 30 days it gets a whole lot easier but never does the urge go away don't cheat and you can do it oh and watch your appetite you will eat more just stick to healthy foods and you will be good.
