well the wife quit smoking 6 days ago and is going along fine, I have had two cigs split up in the past 3 days and none today but it's driving me nuts I'm so on edge!

anyone else quit smoking? how did you get thru it?

I wish it where that easy i have been smoking for 16yrs@ 1 pack a day+ and my wife wants me to just quit cold turkey I just can't stand that feeling like I want to snap.

Smoke some weed for the time being. I had the shakes and was jittery for about 5 days.

Good luck man. I am right there with you. Going on 16 years as well. Planning on quitting before my first car payment in June. Not looking forward to this. I think it would be easier if I didn't have to deal with idiots everyday.

yup helped me out big time.. I tried a few times before and got all bent out of shape.. got one of them and after 3 weeks didn't even want to smoke it anymore
