Trying to put together budget system

Just got a new car and really need to update the stock system in it without spending a whole lot. So I am trying to put together a decent system on a small budget.

Old and used is definitely fine as long as it works. Here is what I am looking to spend:

6 1/2" Components: $60-70

4-channel Amp: $50-60

8" or 10" sub: around $50
