Trying to decide on an amplifier

I am trying to decide on an amplifier, I am looking at Twisted's 2.8 amp and Orion's HCCA 5000.1. Can you guys help me out on the pros and cons of each and which may be the overall better amplifier? Thanks

Im leery about new orion stuff. But that 5k is supposed to be korean and guts look appropriate. Dual inputs is promising. The ts3.5 might be a better comparison

kr, I hadn't heard of Twisted amps until the past few days, but they seem to be well liked. Seems Orion has always had quality products.

Twisted amps are good.

Orion was great, went into crapper, and now they are trying to make a comeback

Okay, so here are the 2 options I am choosing between.

1. 2 - Orion HCCA 10 or 12 subs with the Orion amp

or

2. 4 - Sundown SA 8's with the Twisted 2.8 amp

What do you think?

Will they do .05 ohm ? Always loved the HCCA red amps back in the day late 80s I had Hcca250 it was the sheet back then lol !

I know it will do 1 ohm, not sure about the .05

Id do the sundown-twisted build because it is more of a known quantity.. but you should research the orion amp more. I think the guts look solid
