true 1000watts

Did you multiply by the root mean of .707 to find the RMS or was that just volts times amps?
didnt know you were suppose to do that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

yes we did

If you have 3 D4's you can wire them to either 4 ohms or 1 ohm. There are a lot of amps to choose from when you take this into consideration.

I'd vote for the PDX... If money is a major concern look for a Cadence TXA-1000D.

EDIT: My bad, I was thinking D6, forget the 1 ohm part (and the Cadence)

oh i thought i need 4 ohm but i have 3 of them but im hooking them up seperatly so i can get max power otherwise i was thinking 2500.1 from kicker for all three at 2.66 ohms?
Personally I would get a second batt hook them up to an Elemental Designs nine.1 and run them at .66 Ohms nom.

I ran 4 D4 12's @ .5 Ohms with a second batt and big three for like 6 months till I got new subs...

They are strong amps with a good (5year) warranty at 300+/- they are really competitive with anything in that range.

How many threads you planning on making about this? Seriously? The subs you have only need around 500W each to shine. The Kicker amp that has been recommended to you multiple times is probably going to be the best solution for the money. If you don't care about the money, a pair of Sundown 1500.1 s strapped to the 2.6 ohm load would be interesting and give you plenty of power.
