Trucks gone...wrx is here

Sweet.Another Scoob guy in hurr.

Be careful though, the modding game is **** addictive :p
With only 1200 miles on the car I'm already doing stage 2, a wallbro, 1000cc bosch injectors and an e85 tune. The mod game is indeed addictive.

The limiter now is going to be the tiny intercooler on this car but it will have to do for now because I'm going to be tired of spending money. It should feel pretty quick after driving this toyota yaris rental car for a few days. What an ugly gutless POS

well, this is what I got for gains:

1000cc injectors fuc!k lol but u need that for the e85 right?
my stocks may have been ok on e85 but would have been close. These bosch 1000cc injectors flow like mad and are way overkill for my setup, but when I choose to go bigger turbo down the road I won't have to worry about fuel delivery.

If you are going to do something, might as well only do it once.

my friend runs 720s on his 2.1 wrx with a 20g. he's gonna switch to e85. on my audi i only needed 550's to run 400awhp with the setup i had, but the problem was no one can tune audi's. you have to send your computer in.. gayness

e85 takes about 30% more fuel which sucks, but I have no worries there anymore, even when I upgrade down the road.

Sucks about that audi, fuk sending in the computer to get a tune on it. I'm annoyed I'm having misfire problems in my car right now, if I had to pull the computer back out and send it off instead of just going to the local tuner I'd be really pissed.

well its official, I **** at keeping stuff stock. Just ordered perrin's stage 2 kit, they had a good sale goin. May not install it for awhile though as it will be a for sure warranty voider :/
Or as a birthday present to myself I may get a bigger pump and injectors and throw it all on with some e85 at the end of this month //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
I told you this

People have been running e85 in their subarus for years with no problems: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=803341
Methanol can be very corrosive, ethanol not as much
E85 and subaru's go hand in hand.

Well the car is in for the stage 2 and e85 conversion. Stock baseline dyno run was done, 200hp and 210tq at the wheels. I hate the air up here at this altitude //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif
Hopefully the work gets me some good gains
I like going down to sea level //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Um there was never any 2.1 liter WRXs

they had a 2.0

I belive japan released a 2.2 in australia, but I doubt more then 50 ever made it here, and the most common 2.5

I will be on E85 soon too

i never really had any problems at all. the only thing was my coilpacks would go out, but those were free.. have u had problems with your ****** yet?
My car only has 1200 miles on it so no ****** issues yet. I haven't even gotten to give the car it's first official raping on e85 because I left the car at the tuners due to the cold start misfire issues. We will see how long things last, I'm going to try and be nice to the transmission for awhile until I save up more money.

Yeah, I've decided I'm not going to be in denial anymore. I **** at staying stock, just how it is and always will be //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Cool to hear about you goin e85, will have to let me know how that goes. I didn't gain much HP from gas but definitely more torque.

ok, misfire issue seems to be fixed for now. Went and picked up the car and it is alot more fun now. Car actually pulls to redline instead of dying off after 4500rpm. The catback exhaust I got may be a tad too loud for an old guy ride though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

dang it, I go away for a while and this is what happens. Tsk tsk, very dissapointed in you duece //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/slap.gif.87520e8ca8e90076ac30e777c0de5331.gif

Congrats on the new ride though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/toast.gif.bc0657bf54b9ee653b6438524461341e.gif

Hope you enjoy the new ride though, looks pretty sweet, I wouldn't mind having one for a second vehicle, but I gotta keep the truck first.

Rough plan is:

Walboro

Perrin Black Fuel Rails

1000cc Injectors

FMIC probably 24X12X3.5

Garett GT-30 Turbo

With a 19 lb tune on E85
